Leftover grilled ribeye steaks, crockpot ideas?

hello, i grilled ribeye's last night and i have been wanting a good slow cooked crock pot meal so i sliced my leftover steaks, chunked some onion and then put about 1 1/2 cups of beef broth in the pot. what would you do? thanks
