Vidcard question HD3870.. Is this working correctlly?

When i go into my ati overdrive my gpu clock says 300MHz and my memory clock says 1126Mhz.. Now my card is suppose to run at 775 gpu and 2200 memory.. Is this normal for it to be reading like this? Im not looking to overclock or anything just want to make sure my card is working good... Thanks
