Is it possible to be a devout Christian/ Muslim and also a feminist?

Thing's answer is excellent. I understand that a feminist is essentially a humanist... and isn't that what any politically uncorrupted religion is all about? Absolutely. Humanist, feminist, a compionate person of true spiritually inspired religion.... they're all compatible.
