How do I get child support in the state of Texas?

I am due pretty soon and the father's baby wants nothing to do with me, but he accepts the fact that he will have to pay for child support. So do I have to get a lawyer or not? because I do not have the extra money for a lawyer. Do I have to go to the courthouse? If so what forms do I ask for? And also who has to pay for the DNA test because I am sure one will be needed in court, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated it, thank you.
