Chicken Pox Vaccine=swollen arm!!!???

I went to the doctor a couple days ago, and I got a vaccine shot for Chicken Pox, and then teh next day my arm was swollen(that was yesterday), and today it's even worse(the swelled spot is bigger!!! what should I do/ i've tried puting ice on it...
