Ghost shrimp and bettas?

I just rescued a little female betta from walmart >8[ The only tank that I can put her in was formerly my ghost shrimp brood tank, its a 1 gallon and has three pregnant ghost shrimp in it. I will be moving the shrimp to a different tank tomorrow evening, but the betta is in the tank with them now. I guess my main worry is will the shrimps har her? She's about 1 in long, and the shrimp are about 1.5 in long. Will she be ok until tomorrow? Also, are ghost shrimp known to jump out of the tank if the water is shallower, say 5 in deep?
