What DSLR should I get?

I will be shooting pretty much everything. Mainly Skateboarding and Airplanes. I would love a D700 or a D3x, But I don't have that much money for a camera. I was thing between the D3100 and the D5000. I want A good lens. Flash. Tripod for the flash. Extra battery. Tripod. Etc... But all things considered would you recommend a D3100 or D5000? And also what is a pretty good Prime lens? Thank you!
