Places to buy alcohol in Minneapolis on Sundays?

So my wife and I do our grocery shopping on Sundays, and it would be nice to be able to buy a bottle of wine or a six-pack of good beer at the same time. Rumor has it Minnesota liquor stores can apply for a separate Sunday license, as long as the municipality has voted for Sunday sales ... does anyone have any tips?
