Can you get your car inspected in PA if you are missing a mirror?

Last Winter while driving home on ice, i hit a pole and my panger side mirror came off. I havn't been stoped by a cop since it happened, but my inspection is due in June and I wanted to know if it could p with out the mirror. Or, how much you think it would cost for them to fix it. Its a 98 Dodge Stratus...idk if i should take it to the dealer for inspection or somwhere else...my usuall mechanic completely screwed me over last time, so i have to find someplace new. I'm in the CHester County area.
