How to raise self esteem?

I feel ugly and stupid. I am indecisive and I don't even know what to do with my life! I don't even have friends. I don't have job (no one wants to hire me because I'm so pive) and I'm afraid to learn how to drive because I'm scared that I will doubt myself in a serious driving situtaion.
