Free market absolutely faultless. To hell with the weak they can not get insurance and oh your insurance does not cover this. You lost your job tough your premiums have run out. Can't afford any insurance because you are the bottom of the economic scale? Tough! Die you . Perfect three cheers for freedom to die due to poor medical attention. God bless America.
